Allows people to view and solve problems with different ideas and possibilities with innovation and inspiration, it helps with opening the mind and thinking things in different perspectives to create something different and unique.
A comprehensive model of social and psychological components necessary for an individual to produce creative work to solve problems. This theory defines creativity as a production of ideas and how to use the ideas to achieve the goal of finding out a useful solution.
Matching workers in the right position and giving the right tasks to help with their growth and stretch their abilities.
Allow workers to approach their tasks in different methods and they can make experiments with the methods.
Having time, raw materials, money, and knowledge that workers can get from the company.
Having a team that will include many skills needed to complete the task, and having good working environment and atmosphere
Encourage and support workers to learn new experiences from efforts that the company have done in the past.
Company having culture of creativity, such as clear communication and understanding the tasks given.
