What is Creativity?
Tendency to generate or recognize ideas, alternatives, or possibilities that can be used to solve problems that happens to human, it is also about communication with others and entertaining ourselves and other.
Why is Creativity Important?
Allows people to view and solve problems with different ideas and possibilities with innovation and inspiration, it helps with opening the mind and thinking things in different perspectives to create something different and unique.
Important Keys to Creative Collaboration
- Ownership: Allow workers to solve problems, generate ideas, and developing design system that can help with designing.
- Dependability: Helping designers to organize and hit deadlines, also about developing creative endurance.
- Trust: Workers trusting each other and workers can work interdependently and listen to other people’s opinions.
- Structure: Organizing the time loose and flexible, and develop design thinking skills.
- Shared Vision: This is the process of sharing ideas with other workers and planning to have a goal that they can aim for.
- Fun: Workers working in the same company can have teamwork and friendship when working together.
- Candor: Being honest about what is working and failing and allows workers to adjust and create something awesome.
The Componential Model of Creativity
A comprehensive model of social and psychological components necessary for an individual to produce creative work to solve problems. This theory defines creativity as a production of ideas and how to use the ideas to achieve the goal of finding out a useful solution.

Challenge
Matching workers in the right position and giving the right tasks to help with their growth and stretch their abilities.
Freedom
Allow workers to approach their tasks in different methods and they can make experiments with the methods.

Having time, raw materials, money, and knowledge that workers can get from the company.
Work group features
Having a team that will include many skills needed to complete the task, and having good working environment and atmosphere
Supervisory encouragement
Encourage and support workers to learn new experiences from efforts that the company have done in the past.
Organizational Support
Company having culture of creativity, such as clear communication and understanding the tasks given.
